What is BOB?
BOB is a hosted AI employee. It lives in your WhatsApp or Telegram, connects to the apps you already use, and does real work on its own: answering and following up with leads, booking meetings, calling, and keeping your records up to date. It is built on the open-source OpenClaw engine and powered by Claude.
How is BOB different from ChatGPT?
Section titled “How is BOB different from ChatGPT?”A chat AI like ChatGPT writes; BOB does. You prompt ChatGPT and it hands you text. You give BOB a job and it carries it out across your tools, without you in the middle. One drafts the follow-up message. The other sends it, books the call, and chases the lead for days.
Where does BOB run?
Section titled “Where does BOB run?”BOB works inside the messaging apps you already use: WhatsApp and Telegram. You talk to it the way you would text a colleague. There is nothing new to open and no separate app for your customers to install.
What can BOB actually do?
Section titled “What can BOB actually do?”BOB takes an action to completion, across your systems. Common jobs owners hand to BOB:
- Reply to new leads in seconds and follow up until they answer.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule meetings on your calendar.
- Keep your CRM updated after every conversation.
- Answer routine customer questions on WhatsApp, day and night.
- Connect to your other tools, or to any external API, and act in them.
What is OpenClaw, and why does it matter?
Section titled “What is OpenClaw, and why does it matter?”OpenClaw is the open-source agent engine BOB is built on. It is what lets BOB connect to 1,000+ apps and use tools to get work done, rather than only chat. You do not need to know anything about OpenClaw to use BOB; it is the engine under the hood.
