Make BOB call your leads
You set up BOB to watch for new leads, reply in seconds, and follow up on a schedule until the lead answers or asks it to stop. It works over WhatsApp by default, and where voice is enabled, BOB can also place a call to confirm or follow up. This is the single highest-return job most owners hand to BOB, because speed and persistence win deals that slow follow-up loses.
Why does speed matter this much?
Section titled “Why does speed matter this much?”A lead’s intent has a shelf life measured in minutes. Replying within the first five minutes rather than thirty makes a lead far more likely to convert, and most businesses are nowhere near that fast. BOB replies in seconds, every time, day or night.
How do I set up instant lead follow-up?
Section titled “How do I set up instant lead follow-up?”- Connect the source of your leads (your form, CRM, or inbox) so BOB sees new leads as they arrive. See Connect an external API.
- Tell BOB, in plain language, how to reply: the first message, the qualifying question to ask, and your tone.
- Set the follow-up cadence, for example an instant reply, then a nudge on day 2, a value-add on day 5, and a polite last touch on day 12.
- Choose an approval level. Start with BOB drafting for your approval, then let it send on its own once you trust it.
Can BOB actually call a lead by voice?
Section titled “Can BOB actually call a lead by voice?”Where voice is enabled on your plan, yes. BOB can place a call for reminders, confirmations, and simple follow-ups, in your customer’s language, and route anything complex back to you. Chat-based follow-up on WhatsApp is available to everyone.
How does BOB know when to stop?
Section titled “How does BOB know when to stop?”BOB stops the instant a lead replies or asks it to stop, and it never exceeds the cadence and cap you set. It is persistent, not annoying.
