Keep records updated automatically
You set up BOB to update your records, a CRM, a spreadsheet, a booking log, after every conversation it has, instead of the record staying half-empty until someone remembers to fill it in later.
Why does this matter?
Section titled “Why does this matter?”A record that only gets updated when you remember to do it eventually stops being trustworthy. A record BOB updates after every conversation stays accurate on its own.
How do I set this up?
Section titled “How do I set this up?”- Connect the tool you keep records in, see Sync new leads to your CRM if it is a CRM, or Connect an external API for anything else.
- Open Chat with Bob and describe what should be logged, for example: “After every conversation, update the customer’s record with what they asked, what we agreed, and the next step.”
- Tell BOB the exact fields you care about, so it fills in what matters to you, not a generic summary.
Does this apply to every channel?
Section titled “Does this apply to every channel?”Yes, whatever channel BOB works in, WhatsApp, Telegram, or the dashboard, the same update happens after the conversation ends.
What if I only want some conversations logged?
Section titled “What if I only want some conversations logged?”Tell BOB the condition, for example, only log conversations with new contacts, or only ones that reach a booking or a sale.
