Re-engage cold leads

You set up BOB to reopen conversations with leads who went quiet, days, weeks, or months ago, with a real reason to reply, not a generic “just checking in” that gets ignored.

Most of them did not say no. They got busy, and the thread died. A well-timed, useful message often revives a real percentage of a list that looks completely dead.

  1. Open Chat with Bob and describe the job, for example: “Message every lead we haven’t heard from in 30 days. Reference what they originally asked about, and add something new and useful, a tip, an update, or a relevant offer.”
  2. Connect the source of your leads (your CRM or spreadsheet) so BOB knows who has gone quiet, see Sync new leads to your CRM.
  3. Tell BOB how often to re-try a lead who still does not answer, and when to stop for good.

Not if it adds value each time. A good re-engagement message answers “why is this useful to me right now,” not just “are you still interested.”

The instant a lead replies or asks to stop, BOB stops. You set the cadence and the cap, it never exceeds them.
