Partner & agency guide
If you are an agency or consultant setting BOB up for more than one client, here is the real, current workflow, plus how to earn from referring BOB to clients.
How do I set up BOB for a client today?
Section titled “How do I set up BOB for a client today?”Each client gets their own BOB account, created the same way you would for yourself: Set up BOB, then configure it with that client’s business details, channel, and knowledge base. There is no separate “agency mode” today, you repeat the same real setup per client.
How do I earn from referring clients?
Section titled “How do I earn from referring clients?”Open Affiliate program in the sidebar of your own BOB dashboard for the current terms and your referral link.
Is there a way to manage multiple clients from one place?
Section titled “Is there a way to manage multiple clients from one place?”Not yet. Settings currently shows “Teams (coming soon)” for managing multiple AI employees from a single account, today, each client is a separate account you set up and configure individually.
What should I standardize across clients?
Section titled “What should I standardize across clients?”Even without a shared management view, you can reuse your own playbook: the same first job to hand over (see BOB for your kind of business for common starting points), the same approval approach for the first few weeks, and the same knowledge base structure.
