What should I hand over first?

- Connect your calendar in Connected apps.
- Open Chat with Bob: “When a patient wants to book, offer available times and confirm. The day before, remind them and offer to reschedule.”
- Upload your hours, accepted insurance, and common policies to the Knowledge base in Teach Bob, so BOB answers those questions accurately.
What else do clinics hand over next?

- Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Hand off to a human for anything medical or sensitive, BOB should never give clinical advice, only handle scheduling and logistics.
