Book meetings from WhatsApp
You set up BOB to check your calendar, offer real available times, and confirm a booking, all inside the same WhatsApp conversation. There is no separate booking link and no back-and-forth, BOB does the scheduling itself.
How does BOB see my calendar?

How do I set this up?

- Open Chat with Bob and describe the job in plain language, for example: “When someone on WhatsApp wants to book a call, check my calendar, offer three real times, and confirm the one they pick.”
- Tell BOB anything it should know: meeting length, buffer time, which calendar to use if you have more than one.
- Test it by messaging your own WhatsApp number and asking to book a slot.
What does the customer experience?
Section titled “What does the customer experience?”They ask to book, in their own words, on WhatsApp. BOB checks your calendar, replies with real open times, and confirms the meeting the moment they pick one, no link, no app, no waiting for you.
Can I review bookings before they are confirmed?
