Qualify leads before a call

You set up BOB to ask a lead a few qualifying questions, budget, timeline, need, before offering a call, so you wake up to a calendar of real prospects instead of a pile of maybe-later chats.

A fast reply gets attention. A qualifying question gets the right people onto your calendar and keeps the wrong ones from wasting a slot. Speed and qualification work together, not against each other.

  1. Open Chat with Bob and describe the questions that matter for your business, for example: “Before offering a call, ask what they’re looking for, their budget range, and how soon they want to start. Only offer times if the answers are a good fit.”
  2. Tell BOB what a “good fit” looks like, so it knows when to book and when to just say thanks and log the lead.
  3. Connect your CRM if you want every answer logged automatically, see Sync new leads to your CRM.

No, it reads as a normal conversation. BOB asks one question at a time, in plain language, and adapts based on what the lead says, not a rigid multi-field form.

What happens to leads that do not qualify?

You decide. A common setup: BOB thanks them, notes why in your CRM, and either stops there or offers a lower-touch next step (like an FAQ answer or a resource), never a hard no.
